KTK Obtains Large Settlement for Crash Victim

Mike Kuckelman and Mike Crabb represented an 80-year-old woman who suffered spinal and head injuries in a single-car crash in the Colorado mountains. Our client was a passenger in a vehicle that, while driving at highway speeds, left the roadway and careened down a steep embankment. The vehicle came to rest partially submerged in a river bottom in approximately three to four feet of cold water. Our client was trapped in the back seat with her lower body submerged in the water for approximately 30 minutes.
