KTKL Settles Medical Malpractice Case

Steve Torline represented the young children of a 37 year-old father who suffered a traumatic brain injury. The medical malpractice action was against a neurosurgeon for failing to properly treat the father’s head injury which led to the his death. Despite complicated medical issues of treatment and significant issues of causation, KTKL secured a favorable confidential settlement for the young children.
