Stephen J. Torline and Kathryn A. Lewis represent former SVP of health care management firm


Stephen J. Torline and Kathryn A. Lewis recently represented a former senior vice president of a health care management company who was sued for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty by his former employer. Mr. Torline and Ms. Lewis defended the executive and asserted counterclaims on his behalf and successfully negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of their client.

Stephen J. Torline recently represented a pharmaceutical research laboratory against former owners and employees of the business for claims of trade secret misappropriation, violation of non-competition agreement, breach of contract and specific performance. After extensive discovery and litigation, the former employees agreed to terms to sell back their stock and abide by the terms of a non-competition agreement.
