KTKL Welcomes 7th Attorney, Ben T. Friesen
Attorney Benjamin T. Friesen has recently joined Kuckelman Torline Kirkland & Lewis. Previously at Husch Blackwell’s Kansas City office from 2013-2016, Friesen focused on medical malpractice, breach of contract, tort, construction disputes, and insurance coverage claims. Prior to his time with Husch, Friesen worked for the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri, serving in the Fraud and Corruption Unit where he prosecuted mortgage and securities fraud.
Friesen received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2014). He received his B.S. in History from Truman State University (2010).
With this background, Friesen brings considerable experience in his chosen areas of focus. Today, clients seek his counsel in a diverse array of cases, including personal injury medical malpractice, complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims, breach of contract, construction claims, Missouri Merchandising Practices Acts claims, fraud, product liability, multi-district litigation, class actions, franchise disputes, lien claims, landlord tenant disputes, and qui tam claims under the False Claims Act.
Friesen has achieved much in his career thus far, and KTKL looks forward to his continued success as a member of the firm. Please visit the “Our People” section of our website for further information on Friesen.
