Amanda Borchers approaches every case with care, dedication, and extensive knowledge from her experience working in the legal field.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Amanda worked as a legal assistant at a national defense law firm, where she gained extensive experience in tort litigation, particularly in the field of asbestos defense. Amanda has significant experience in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials; in managing electronic document databases; and in creating effective and unique solutions for clients.
Civic & Philanthropic Involvement:
Amanda is involved in numerous state and local causes.
She spends her free time working to raise awareness about guardianship and conservatorship abuse. This includes researching legislation and lobbying the Kansas legislature to pass bills preventing such abuse. Through this work, she donates to and is involved with the National Association to Stop Guardianship Abuse (NASGA). She also regularly volunteers at a local animal shelter and with cats at PetSmart.
