    As a deep thinker driven by deliberate action, AshLee is committed to assisting clients in finding efficient and creative solutions.  Her diverse background in business, agriculture, and education brings a systems-based approach to her work.

     

    Prior to joining KTK, AshLee worked in the agricultural industry where she established partnerships and programs related to rural development and food system resiliency.  Additionally, she started and ran an equine sport performance facility that provided conditioning and recovery programs for horse athletes.  This involved building the business, managing a team of 14 practitioners, and designing and executing sport-specific, water-treadmill training programs for over one hundred horses. This entrepreneurial perspective and business management proficiency make her a valuable team player and idea generator.
