KTK Proud to Sponsor THUNGERGONG! 2023

For its 6th year, KTK once again was proud to sponsor THUNDERGONG!, a benefit for Steps of Faith Foundation. Steps of Faith is a local non-profit organization that provides prosthetics to amputees who otherwise can’t afford them. Many who are faced with the trauma of losing a limb following an accident or illness find that their health insurance doesn’t cover prosthetics. With prosthetic limbs ranging from $10,000 to $100,000, making oneself whole again can seem like an insurmountable challenge.

Spearheaded by KC-native Jason Sudeikis, this year’s event held at the historic Uptown Theater featured Will Forte, Herman, MO-native Nathaniel Rateliff, KC-native Kevin Morby, Sam Richardson, and Ted Lasso co-stars Brendan Hunt and Hannah Waddingham all with the backing of KC Yacht Rock legends Summer Breeze. This year’s event was the most successful ever raising more than $804,000 to help amputees in need. For more information, visit the THUNDERGONG! website.

KTK is also proud to support the Steps of Faith Foundation as partner Mike Crabb now serves as a member of its Board of Directors.
