Mike Kuckelman Offering Mediation Services

KTK is pleased to announce that Mike Kuckelman will now be offering mediation services. With over 25 years of litigation experience, Mike has participated in numerous mediation resolutions and made the decision to explore opportunities as a mediator. He completed Civil Mediation Training with The University of Missouri’s Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution and is therefore now qualified to serve as a mediator for civil disputes in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. This training fulfills the requirements of Rule 17 and allows Mike to be listed on the Missouri Court’s Rule 17 roster.
