Attorney
Ben T. Friesen

BIO
Ben Friesen believes the best trial lawyers are the ones who are relatable, credible, outwork opponents, and boil down the most complex cases to their simplest explanations. That philosophy drives his mission to help the injured or financially taken recover from those who are negligent and break promises.
Ben’s desire to pursue justice is rooted in his experience at the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri. There, he worked in the Fraud and Corruption Unit helping to prosecute mortgage fraud, securities fraud, and recovering money from those who embezzled from the United States Government.
This carried forward to his litigation career with the national law firm Husch Blackwell from 2013-2016. There, he successfully defended and prosecuted complex and difficult claims involving medical malpractice, breach of contract, tort, construction disputes, and insurance coverage for and against Fortune 500 companies. Today, he takes great pride in pursuing justice for the underdog.
Ben cherishes the responsibilities his clients bestow upon him, and at KTK he works tirelessly to uphold those important responsibilities. Whether advising on how to avoid a lawsuit, or in litigation or trial of one, Ben leverages his experience to serve his client’s best interests and build meaningful relationships.
