Daniel is a versatile litigator who believes taking the time to truly engage and collaborate with clients is the key to successful litigation. He is motivated by taking on new challenges that further his clients’ objectives and lead to successful outcomes.
Daniel started at KTK in 2022. He began his career in the litigation group of the national firm Husch Blackwell. There, he gained experience prosecuting and defending commercial, product liability, professional malpractice, insurance, and consumer protection cases for a diverse range of clients across sectors. Daniel also has experience in counseling employers throughout investigations by federal and state employment agencies and representing them in employment-related lawsuits.
Daniel graduated from the UMKC School of Law Summa Cum Laude, where he was a staff member on the UMKC Law Review before later serving as the Managing Editor of The Urban Lawyer, a national law journal published by the American Bar Association. During law school, Daniel was also a teaching assistant for UMKC’s legal research and writing program and served as an extern for the Honorable Ortrie D. Smith in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
