Debbie Vandervoort

Debbie Vandervoort has cultivated strong project management skills through her experience managing diverse issues across various industries, including construction and commercial property management.

Prior to joining KTK, Debbie worked as a paralegal at Warden Grier, where she was entrusted with various aspects of complex litigation cases and helped achieve results for clients across a broad range of industries. Debbie has significant experience managing electronic document databases; preparing for depositions, hearings and trials; and finding creative and efficient solutions for clients.

Before becoming a paralegal, Debbie worked for RED Development, where she served as a tenant improvement coordinator and a commercial property manager. In this role, Debbie handled all aspects of the tenant construction process, involving more than 2 million square feet of retail development and more than 200 tenants. This client-side expertise in the intricacies of construction and related activities has been an invaluable asset to her partners and clients at KTK.

Civic & Philanthropic Involvement:

Debbie’s community service starts close to home, as she coaches multiple children’s sports teams and is particularly interested in children’s causes.
